I started running for fun, from my early years in high school. Interupted during University time and started again promptly 4 years ago. Now I face running as a healthy,recreational hobbie, entering local and international races. I run about 50K a week. Oh,and in "real life" I'm a dentist! What's my advice to others : Enjoy your running. I've mixed work and running and can say I love both. So keep on running and see you in Athens 2004 Olympics !

Inside Central Park,NY after finishing
my first marathon.Quite tired but happy,
enjoying my unique metal ! Iam so proud
of it , I dont like taking it off. The next day
I wore it as a badge of honour and on the
plane home.
On the streets of Brooklin,NY greeted
and cheered by Greek imigrants
Those first 3K on Verrazano Bridge
were like a hell, because off the strong cold wind.
A few minutes after finishing Vienna marathon.
The finish line is infront of Rathaus
It was a tuff run cause of the high temp
On the 2nd revival of Nemea Games 2000
A 7.5K run called "on the steps of Hercules"
was take place, finishing inside ancient
stadium barefoot ! A great event with
international participation

It was a rainy fogy morning
After finishing the halfmarathon
